Lapis Lazuli is a deep blue metamorphic rock that has been prized since antiquity for its intense colour.
Known as the 'spirit of truth', it activates the brow and throat chakras. It is useful in deep meditation and journeying to seek the spiritual guidance of the ancestors. Lapis is also effective in drawing tension and anxiety to the surface and away.

Coral has been found in jewellery since ancient Egyptian and prehistoric European burials. The Egyptians used coral pieces in tombs as protection against evil spirits in the afterworld, as it is believed to contain a drop of divine blood.
Coral has been called the 'Garden of The Sea' because it was once believed to be a plant (instead belonging to a small group of organic gemstones). Unlike most coloured stones, it is formed through a biological process which lends to its most important function of connecting us with nature and her blessings. In physical healing, Coral is said to help with conditions of the bladder and kidneys, stimulating tissue regeneration. It also strengthens the circulatory system.
