Block printing is the process of printing patterns onto fabric using hand carved wooden blocks. It is the earliest and simplest technique of textile printing.
Block printing by hand is a slow process. It is, however, capable of yielding highly artistic results, some of which are unobtainable by any other method.

As with all hand dyed materials, please wash by hand to sustain colour longevity. Net cotton is highly breathable and does not need to be washed so often. Less detergents means less chemicals and longer lasting clothes. We recommend using soap nuts and distilled white vinegar with essential oils for an effective and environmentally friendly cleaning method

First of all this is a very expensive item. Secondly it is full of loose threads and not particularly well made. I also have the wrong colour sent to me. It looks more brown than mustard. I contacted the seller to ask for a returns label. I was asked to supply a photo so my word isn't good enough. I eventually had a returns address but I will initially have to pay the postage, although apparently I will be compensated for the postage providing I send a photo of the postage cost. This has not been a good experience and given the quality of the item I will not buy again. I will now add, the seller refused to refund my postage. I Paid £7 60 for next day delivery, no one was around to sign for it, apparently that was my fault because I hadn't told them to expect the garment. You would assume as this is a shop they would be open!.

Nice garment, but truly sub-optimal customer handling and service. The shop sent me the wrong colour of the item and did not just send out a replacement as you would expect of someone making a mistake, made me go through a lot of hassle, even asked me to pay for the postage to correct their mistake, and didn't even send the correct item out on the day that they had agreed and so in the end I never received my item. And for all of this they refused to even give me a discount even though I did not get the item that I paid the shop for. Sadly I will not use this shop again.
